Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY.
You may return for an exchange (where available), full return or store credit to the with a 15% off discount code. Your ZEKA MANFRED Online Store purchase for any reason, not including sale items, subject to adherence to these terms.
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted for any reason. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to exchange items within our returns and exchange timeframe.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. Every garment wished for exchange will be inspected upon arrival into the online returns warehouse. If garment adheres to the the exchanges policy, a credit note/exchange will be issued.
ZEKA MANFRED has the right to refuse an exchange or store credit if the garment looks, feels or smells worn (not in original condition)
WHERE TO SEND A RETURN / EXCHANGE.
For all returns, please either use a courier company of your choice or mail the item back to us.
Mail: For returns sent by mail, please allow adequate shipping time or use an express postal service to ensure your item is received within the accepted timeframe.

Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or store credit on the cost at purchase price (excluding original shipping cost).
- Please allow 5 working days for warehouse to touch base with you.
- You will receive email notification of the status of your refund or exchange once processed.
- We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned.
- Items we exchange will be resent at our cost.
- Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
ZEKA MANFRED is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
